Without the ongoing support of our partner organisations, the Young Workers Resource Centre could not be the thriving employment support service that it is today. For our entire 27 years of existence we have relied on community grants, fundraising, philanthropic funding, and collaboration with like-minded organisations.
Funders
The Dairy Workers’ Union supports members across New Zealand’s dairy industry, and provides annual funding to the YWRC.
VisitCOGS provides government-funded grants to support not-for-profit organisations working in local communities.
VisitHamilton City Council manages a range of funds which make grants to non-profit organisations in the community.
VisitTrust Waikato funds groups and projects that increase community vibrancy, resilience and participation within the Waikato region.
VisitThe Otago Community Trust provides grants to non-profit groups and projects that make a positive contribution to Otago communities.
VisitDistributes the profits made from New Zealand state lotteries, such as Lotto and Instant Kiwi, for the benefit of New Zealand communities.

Stand Up is New Zealand’s youth union movement. A network of young workers across New Zealand.
VisitE tū is a democratic union representing tens of thousands of people who work in six industries.
VisitRaise the Bar is a no-fees union which offers free welfare and employment advocacy, tautoko, and legal advice.
VisitFIRST Union operates in sectors including retail, finance, transport, logistics, manufacturing, and ambulance.
VisitWe’re a democratic, non-profit, voluntary union that will work positively with their employer but will also fight for them.
VisitThe PSA represents workers in central government, local councils, health boards and community groups.
